Bach 95 is a health-conscious company that provides premium, full-flavoured, and full-strength larger, but with reduced calories.
Bach 95 is a small start-up business based in Sandbach in the heart of Cheshire, first established by three friends, Jesse, Will and Tom. Bach 95 is a low-calorie beer with the same flavour as a standard larger, however, the team have put a lot of effort into their venture. To come up with a name for their ‘healthier’ beer, the team looked to their roots. Two of them grew up in Sandbach which is where the first part of the name originated and the 95 represents the numbers Will and Tom had on their rugby jerseys when playing for Sale Sharks Rugby Union Team. The Bach 95 Beer they have created has come from years of focused research, a detailed recipe, high-quality ingredients, experienced brewing and rigorous testing.
When tasked with translating the essence of Bach 95 into visual identity, our team at Bespoke approached it with precision and creativity. The logo’s adaptability was paramount, necessitating a design that seamlessly transitions across diverse mediums – be it print or digital. We conceptualised an iconic emblem adorned with bold, intersecting lines, ensuring it captivates attention even when employed as a striking pattern. This design ethos extends to the wordmark, ensuring coherence and sophistication across all branding elements. Our efforts culminated in a visually arresting brand identity, recognized with the esteemed World Brand Design Society Commended Award.
At the core of our strategy lies the narrative of Bach 95 as the epitome of local excellence in Sandbach. Every aspect of the brand – from the emblematic iconography to the meticulously curated assets – serves as a poignant homage to the founders’ heritage and the vibrant community they serve. The Bach 95 website serves as a digital tribute to their ethos, seamlessly blending community-centric storytelling with a commitment to unparalleled quality.
