For this transformative project, Convatec sought to empower their workforce by providing them with a roadmap to navigate their career journey within the organisation. At Bespoke, we were entrusted with the task of implementing a digital platform that not only boosts morale but also fosters a sense of purpose and direction among Convatec’s dedicated staff.
With a global presence spanning across five diverse sectors and over fifty sub-sectors, Convatec presented us with a multifaceted challenge. The sheer complexity of mapping out over a hundred job entry points could have been daunting. However, through meticulous planning and extensive collaboration with the Convatec team, we transformed this potential obstacle into an opportunity for organisational synergy. Continuous communication and alignment ensured that every role, sector, and pathway was strategically positioned, laying the groundwork for a seamless user experience.
For Convatec’s internal digital ecosystem, we departed from the conventional branding aesthetics, opting instead for a more approachable and inviting design language. Hand-drawn icons, each symbolising a distinct sector, infused the website with warmth and personality, resonating with the ethos of employee support and empowerment. Stylised patches adorned with content served as signposts, guiding employees through their career exploration journey with clarity and ease. The result? A visually captivating platform that not only embodies Convatec’s commitment to employee development but also fosters a sense of belonging and possibility within the organisation. With a clear user journey mapped out, Convatec’s employees are empowered to chart their course towards a brighter future, one career pathway at a time.
